Terms and Conditions

Conditions of Sale

Products are offered for sale subject to availability and are delivered at the prices ruling at the date of dispatch. The company reserves the right to modify the design any specifications of any product without prior notice.

Title

It is a condition of sale that title to the goods listed on our invoices shall remain the property of Pennine Leisure Supplies Ltd until payment in full is received from the purchaser of the goods. Should the purchaser sell the goods before payment is received the purchaser agrees to hold the proceeds of the sale as trustees for Pennine Leisure Supplies.

Carriage

Mainland

Goods will be dispatched free of carriage provided the order exceeds £125 Net of VAT.

Orders under £125 will carry a delivery and packing charge of £7.00 per parcel.

We are unable to deliver to 3rd party addresses.

 

Offshore

Goods will be dispatched free of carriage on a two/three day basis, Provided the order exceeds £500 Net of VAT.

Orders under £500 will carry a delivery and packing charge of £90.00.

Postal deliveries are no longer available.

We are unable to deliver to 3rd party addresses.

 

Orders

All orders can be taken via telephone, your local rep, email, fax or website. All additions to orders received will be treated as a new order unless at a time when the initial order is awaiting entry. Therefore if the addition does not meet our carriage paid value it will be liable to our carriage charge.

Product Descriptions

Please note all sizes are approximate.

Returns

Goods shall be exchanged without prejudice at the discretion of our sales representative in accordance with our company policy. We cannot arrange collection from third parties for goods that are found faulty, our liability is with the invoiced party, not the end user.

The company reserves the right to charge a handling fee for goods returned due to error of the customers part or de stocking and must be of saleable quality. This charge will not be more that 10% of the price charged at the time of invoicing with a minimum of £7.00.

Value added tax will be added to invoices at the current rate in force on the date of invoicing.

Shortages or transit damages must be notified to ourselves within 2 working days of invoicing by either fax or email.

Non deliver of goods must be notified to us in writing within 7 days of the invoice date.

Invoices

All invoices are due to payment within 30 days from date of invoice unless alternative terms are agreed in writing.
