Conditions of Sale

Products are offered for sale subject to availability and are delivered at the prices ruling at the date of dispatch. The company reserves the right to modify the design any specifications of any product without prior notice.

Pennine Leisure Supplies Ltd takes great care in the development and protection of its products and trademarks and reserves all rights of ownership of its trademarks. “Fair use” of Pennine Leisure Supplies Ltd, and its associated trademarks, that is, used by a third party without express permission or license, is limited to text-only references to Pennine Leisure Supplies trademarks such as product and service names, and excludes Pennine Leisure Supplies logos, images and photographs produced the company. In such references, you must be truthful, must not disparage Pennine Leisure Supplies Ltd, and must not mislead the public. You must be clear and accurate as to the nature of the relationship between Pennine Leisure Supplies Ltd and your company, its products, and its services. You may not use Pennine Leisure Logos and trademarks in a manner, which could cause confusion as to Pennine Leisure Supplies Ltd sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement. Except as stated above, Pennine Leisure Supplies third parties without express permission may not use trademarks. Do not use Pennine Leisure Supplies trademarks or potentially confusing variations in your internet domain name, to help prevent internet users from being confused as to whether you or Pennine Leisure Supplies is the source of the website. To the extent a name or logo does not appear on our website does not constitute a waiver of any and all intellectual property rights that Pennine Leisure Supplies Ltd has established in any of its trademarks and logos. Title

It is a condition of sale that title to the goods listed on our invoices shall remain the property of Pennine Leisure Supplies Ltd until payment in full is received from the purchaser of the goods. Should the purchaser sell the goods before payment is received the purchaser agrees to hold the proceeds of the sale as trustees for Pennine Leisure Supplies.

Carriage - Mainland

Goods will be dispatched free of carriage provided the order exceeds £150 Net of VAT.

Orders under £150 will carry a delivery and packing charge of £7.00 per parcel.

We are unable to deliver to 3rd party addresses.

 

Carriage - Offshore

Goods will be dispatched free of carriage on a two/three-day basis, provided the order exceeds £500 Net of VAT.

Orders under £500 will carry a delivery and packing charge at the current rates as charged by our chosen carrier.

Postal deliveries are no longer available.

We are unable to deliver to 3rd party addresses.

 

Orders

All orders can be taken via telephone, your local rep, email, or website. All additions to orders received will be treated as a new order unless at a time when the initial order is awaiting entry. Therefore, if the addition does not meet our carriage paid value it will be liable to our carriage charge. All stock quantities quoted are not a guarantee of availability at the point of despatch. We no longer keep out of stock items on back order therefore items must be re-ordered when stock is available.

Returns

Goods shall be exchanged without prejudice at the discretion of our sales representative in accordance with our company policy. We cannot arrange collection from third parties for goods that are found faulty, our liability is with the invoiced party, not the end user.

The company reserves the right to charge a handling fee for goods returned due to error on the customers part or de stocking and must be of saleable quality. This charge will not be more that 20% of the price charged at the time of invoicing with a minimum of £7.00.

Items that have been specially ordered from a supplier will be non-returnable unless found to be faulty. Definition of “Specially Ordered” will be items not shown on our website.

The company reserves the right to refuse return of items despatched in sealed packaging. Once the packaging has been opened this may invalidate any request for credit.

Higher valued items returned as faulty will be sent to the manufacturer for testing. Upon receipt of result the goods will be credited, replaced, or returned to the invoiced party.

Items ordered in error or no longer required and were despatched by our pallet carrier will be subject to the company charging for both delivery and collection charge of the pallet which will notified prior to collection.

Shortages or transit damages must be notified to ourselves within 2 working days of invoicing by email.

Value added tax will be added to invoices at the current rate in force on the date of invoicing.

Non deliver of goods must be notified to us in writing within 7 days of the invoice date.

Invoices

All invoices are due to payment within 30 days from date of invoice unless alternative terms are agreed in writing.
